She said he's busy; apparantly he did not want to attend my call.  I cant imagine these people have such a ridiculous service, I mean common guys, I am making 15 phone calls to them in a span of 4 months and neither do they supply me the dvds nor can they refund my money.   
Further, I asked her if customer service ever regularly watch the zulm.net forums, and she replied yes, we sometimes do, I said well, go and see whats happening to your reputation.  And she dint give a damn.  
THESE PEOPLE SUCK BIG TIME.  THEY'VE NO COURTESY FOR A CUSTOMER.  I dont even know if they'll return my money.
spliceosome... file a "disputed charge" with ur credit card company ! and that should solve the problem !
