My E-mail communnication with them, waste of time and money. Think twice before you buy. Non stocked items are on sale on the website. Poor customer service, worst online shopping experience.

You should have read my posts a few months back about INDIANBLOCKBUSTER. I had to go through HELL for them to refund money for 2 DVDs they did not have and they were old B-grade films which just got released on DVD so basically they never had them I bet and put them on the website. There is a certain person on this forum who works for INDIANBLOCKBUSTER(he knows who he is). I've had better service from whorehouses than most desi music/dvd shops, sometimes I wish there was a way to teach these people but the problem is desis always settle for second-rate service to save costs or just because the shop-owner has a monopoly on something and knows it.

IBB's also on BBB's black list (Better Bussiness Bureau) and should be avoided.
