1-2 Ka Four Ali review has JPEG-ed screen shots. This may be the reason, those SS not looking as good ?? I don't remember the PQ from my 1-2 Ka four DVD but do remember being good Pseudo-Prog (3-2 pull down avail) instead of 24 fps Progressive that we expected. One of the VS/ SD songs DVD has 1-2 Ka Four songs in 24 fps Progressive.

(I'm not sure but I was under the impression that one of the 1-2 Ka Four DVD did have true 5.1 audio ??)

ONE TWO KA FOUR did have PP, TRUE ANAMORPHIC, DECENT LOOKING VIDEO.

FILM WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE DTS 5.1 with DEI but @ last minute changed hand to SD, may be without DTS DISC( usual excuse for bad audio) and God knows whether they were smokin, or sleeping or what while authoring making it PSEUDO 5.1. If u remember? NAYAK was PSEUDO 5.1 too.

I concentrated on just one shot (it's on the way) that you were comparing on the previous page. I captured it in all four Power DVD color settings, Orig Vivid Theater and Bright. Depending on display screen setting, a SS that looks good in one setting may look totally washed out or totally dark in other settings. Perhaps this is the reason for Newdeep saying that his SSs captured from his lap top don't come out as good as from desk top ??

could be the reason...
the "setting" could also have to do with the hardware configuration -- especially "colour" ability. my new laptop seems to be giving good screenshots, but the old one seems to flatten the colours.
