Tum log Ritu Kapoor ka pitaai bhool gaya kya? You guys just don't learn. For two years you have been trying this tactics of badmouthing Indiaweekly using fake names, it has not worked in the past neither will it work now. Each time you end up embarrassing yourself, still you guys keep coming back with different names. Customers are smarter than what you guys at Indiaplaza think of them.

LMAO, Man, that is too funny, because someone doesnt like the service of a "certain website", he is automatically working for another? Talk about insecure, are you trying to say everyone that orders from that "site" is satisfied? I dont think so. I take that your affiliated with that "site" and didnt like that someone disliked your service, and decided that he "must be working for the other guy" and his opinion is biased? Satya ur a disgrace to your name

Could you please share your bad-service experience with Indiaweekly which made you conclude that these guys steal your money. If any such thing has happened, I can definitely help you resolve your case as I make frequent visits to IW.

are you associated with Indiaweekly? Doesnt do you any good accusing anyone critical of you as being agents of a competing website. I mostly buy from indiaweekly because they are cheaper. But competition is a good thing.

Also teh customer service at indiaplaza was better than indiaweekly in my experience. But their prices are too high

Jag...I must say ur facts are misplaced. I dunno of any other cust service rep who can match with Afzal @ IW... Not even their own staff ( but maybe their new entrant..Annie).. as for the cust rep @ IP...less said the better... False e-mails and not responding to e-mails happen to be their traits. !

Remember they once started the price matching scheme ! I asked them a question as to whether they would match IW's prices..and voila no answer ! (is that what you call Cust service ) ?

Switch to IW...all I have to do is just give them the URL of the price I want to match ( have done that mostly with cdguru !) and I get a price reduction instantly.

Empty claims may be the norm of other sites... performance is the name of IW and thats the way it is till now (and I hope it lasts the same way for a long time)

I have to agree with SK, IW's customer service is the best among all online stores. Here's an example:

I ordered Fiza from them a month back, hoping for the Spark verion. Afzal called me up to let me know that he din't have the Spark version, but they had already shipped out my order with the VideoSound DVD. He then proceeded to send me a pre-paid mailer so that I could return the Videosound version. Last Thursday, he called me to let me know that they have procured the Spark version. I placed the order on Friday, and I have the DVD in my hands today (shipped by priority mail, even though I din't ask for it!).

Tell me one online store (Indian or Videshi) with this level of customer service. I still remember the hassle I had to go through to correct an order I had placed with Amazon.

In my book, Indiaweekly is tops.

Chaver all the intelligent folks here will speak at great lengths about other sites, but we all know where they would actually BUY their DVds from So dont mind if they get a lil bitworked up , they are just here to prove that they are IMPORTANT in the comity of members

I'm sure you guys read about my recent experience with IW. I have nothing against the site as i have bought several DVD's from them & got good service but as far as customer service is concered i wasn't very happy with it.

I did get a reply from "rani" from IW who explained why my CC was charged 3 times, she also said i could email her if i had any futher questions, i did reply back asking her something about my order but got no reply for 2 days now.

does this guy Afzal have a direct email i can contact him on?

i actually got a call from IW few minutes ago, not sure if it was Afzal but it was great to hear from them. one of the dvd's in my order was Don by BABA, IW called to tell me that the BABA version of don was not good & suggested i get the DEI version and they wouldn't charge me the extra money. I'm very impressed by this!

I wont be shopping for dvd's anywhere else but IW. three cheers for IW

if you want to badmouth someone, you gotta get multiple users to do identical, may be then people can be fooled, otherwise you are making fool out of your own god-damnself.

if you do have had bad experience with IW, present it in details before us, unless you didn't have any experience.

Hope this silences the so called proponents of ALTERNATIVE sites ( who promise you many things - including free shipping - but all they do is blow hot and cold @ the real King !)

So why do they sell it? They should just dump that crappy Baba version and sell only the DEI version.
