I am not in UK, but I did import Fiza from UK, once it was released by sparks there, and sunnyaudit told us, so could verify. The rest DEI/BEI released under spark, apollo, ttv , could possibly be varified by my UK, European friends here!

There were some other GOOD releases in UK, better than US, but not DEI, if you could find them.

SPARK also did ANAMORPHIC, VIRASAT and ISHQ.

EROS, JODI #1, DKK were far superior than US releases, same as recent cheeni kum.

HMBPK released in UK was maha superior too.

Yes Boss, anamorphic by EROS is now available in US, I think.

Just a couple heads up.

Some of GVI releases are repackaged too.

IT might be good idea to start a new thread re DEI/BEI repackaged releases in UK/EUROPE ?

^ Nice idea, would actually bring some light into the darkness.

Anyway, I was at the local DVD shop yesterday and told them that the movie Chaand Kaa Tukdaa they were selling actually was a DEI/BEI movie but re-packaged as SPARK. They didn't even know it themselves... Guess I should've kept my mouth shut for potential buyers cause they put those movies back into the shelves for like 19.90 euros each

Out of those movies you mentioned the only one I am sure I have it is the Virasat SPARK version, although I am not sre about it being Anamorphic inless they had the distributing rights for two different versions of this movie.. I also have all other mentioned titles but not sure about the distributors.. Will check them soon 8)

Fantastic! Virasat was first Super digital release! Prog but cropped, then VS released it, making it NON PROG, might be subtitles added. The best was SPARK's anamorphic! a lots of people would love a REMASTERED release of that including myself! :D

Another one, if could be REMASTERED will earn great accolades be ISHQ anamorphic. It is an asset to have you here contributing to our good old zulm that is synonymous with quality dvd info lolz!

We look forward to contribute into each others knowledge data base. 8)

^ Thank you Zoran, for a noob like me hearing such things is like receiving a compliment given to the wrong person :) If anyone actually deserves such compliments than it is my teammates cause I would have been like nowhere without their continues support and advices.

Anyways, back to your your wish, if I am not wrong Archie has the same Virasat movie as well n he can do wonders on a source like no one else that I know of (except for bT cause he is the best :p) can 8) Will ask him if he still has the DVD9 :)

N guess it's your lucky day, I just checked my DVD collection n the ISHQ version I have is SPARK as well, if I am not mistaken you were referring too this version.

However you might have to wait for some time since I've other promises including a re-rip of No Entry.

indeed! Ishq spark was anamorphic! NP, take your time, at your ease! Please do check your copy to make sure it is that particular version, otherwise no fun on cropped video.

thanks again being here!

Thanks! I should have tried finding you the thread!

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=714&hilit=ISHQ+screen+shots

Here you can see, same framing but inferior PQ compared to orig Super Digital version. Let me check my data base in my mind lol, was it spark or Z-EROS the great. I'll see you in that thread. Hopefully our modes can transfer these shots on the right thread. See you there.

Another thread for future reference convenience:

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4788&start=30

Make it simple:

Yes Boss - Super Digital -> No Subtitles
Ishq - Super Digital -> No Subtitles

Yes Boss - Video Sound -> Subtitles in 4 Languages Almost Full Screen Video
Ishq - Video Sound -> Subtitles

and then ANAMORPHIC from ZEROS. I can not open those links unfortunately.

es Boss: anamorphic enhanced..wow!

Actually I prefer DEI color. Shemaroo looks far worse.
Very depressing to see that DEI state of the art 5 years ago beats the crap out of today's stuff.

Agreed!! DEi colors are much better (only when the sharpness/clarity is superior, we can pay attention to other stuff)
