What's the exact runtime?
Is it a PAL transfer or PAL-to-NTSC?

I'm quite surprised at the quality of the Zee TV screening of AAA right this moment - usually they have low bit rate, blocky, VCD-isque screenings but this one looks quite good;

This screening doesn't seem from a current DVD, you can see much fuller frame and film edging on this one - some more screen shots;

I was watching a few of Zee Music's 'Retro Parade' programmes recently and they've certainly got some good prints at hand for old films. 'Seeta Aur Geeta' looked and sounded far better than any DVD out at the moment. How come these prints are never seeing the light of day on DVD? Still, even if they did, doubtless they'd end up ruined by an NTSC conversion.

wow, pretty good shots, cant see many specs/blemishes. Colours are better than shemaroo and DEI i think.

But i dont agree that TV broadcasts always use different sources. Zee TV used to always show old movies from DVDs, some of them are still from pirated DVDs of late 1990s!

Are these Indus DVDs any good? Is this AAA version better than the DEI one?

Thanks
