Check out this Mission Kashmir DVD from France (Gaumont Columbia TriStar Home Video):

1. Anamorphic picture 2.35:1
2. Hindi DD5.1
3. English DD5.1
4. French DD5.1
5. Italian DD5.1
6. Runtime PAL 160min
7. Lots of subtitle options!

What do you say?

I am sure there are examples of good picture quality in 150-minutes+ DVDs that have a DTS5.1 track, a DolbyDigital5.1 track, a DolbySurround track. If indeed good picture quality is possible in a DVD carrying all that audio, then given the fact that one DTS track (at half-bit-rate) is almost equivalent to two Dolby Digital tracks in terms of bit rate, then perhaps yes, four DolbyDigital audios can still leave room for a good quality picture...

Must be. Looks about the same as the R1 DVD, even down to the same bits of dirt.
