ummm --- New Deep what is the film certification? check the reviews, if u will, many who have seen the film claim the film is pornography.

Pornography defined as
Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal.

Dil Dosti Etc. deals with intimate subjects but not with the primary purpose to cause sexual arousal -- as such, it is not a porn film -- the mere appearance of intimate scenes or naked actors does not make a porn film -- the objective must be kept in mind ;-)

Another definition
creative activity (writing or pictures or films etc.) of no literary or artistic value other than to stimulate sexual desire - DDE is definitely not in this category.
