Has anyone seen this in theatres? How was the 5.1 separation? Was it front-heavy with minimal surround activity?

Has anyone played the Viva or Tip Top dvd on a 5.1 setup? How is the 5.1 separation on the dvd? Front-heavy?

Moser Baer dvd has 5.1 and 2.0 options but the 5.1 is disappointingly front-heavy and with poor surround,
much like the EROS Main Hoon Na and Paheli.

Arrrgh !!! :( I just bought and checked the moser baer dvd and I am pretty much dissappointed by the sound quality- As Newdeep rightly said, yes it is not only Front heavy but also shows the obvious error of dialogue in scenes and vocal in songs being played from all three front speakers... now this atleast cannot be the fault of a modern film like JWM which clearly explains its a dvd authoring blunder... I very clearly remember that in theatre there were quite some good surround moments in songs ..... actually its a commonality that the chorus singers in any song shd be played well in surround speakers as it does on most indian dvds.... but its definitely not the case here.... its more a 'panning the same sound accross all channels' thing.....the only difference being the surround volume is encoded quite low- mainly because u can still hear all dialogues there too.... Bad move by Moser Baer... especially when this will probably be the hottest selling Moser Baer dvd yet.

Someone Please confirm if the same problem exists on other dvd brands or not.

Moser Baer has released two editions of Jab We Met:

1-disc edition as above Rs.49
2-disc edition http://musicyogi.com/asp/movieDetails.asp?movId=MOV5876 Rs.149

But the 5.1 (see posts above) is disappointing on the 1-disc edition (which I am sure is the same as the movie disc on the 2-disc edition and with the same poor 5.1 audio)

Just bought the 2-disc edition too -- it has "The Making" on disc 2 -- quite a waste IMO -- this could have fit easily on the movie disc...
Is it my ears playing tricks? The 5.1 on the movie disc of the 2-disc edition by Moser Baer is actually sounding good -- at least better than that on the 1-disc edition
Anyone else with similar experience?
