Excel doesn't reframe Hollywood releases -- the AR is as available on UEs in other countries such as U.S. and U.K.
Excel UE James Bond are NTSC R3.

a word of caution for dts fans:

Looks like the R3 Hong Kong UEs (by Deltamac) do not have dts! Neither do the R1/3/4-coded Indian Excel Home Videos / Fox / MGM UEs. But they have multiple language options in 5.1, such as English 5.1, Thai 5.1, Portuguese 5.1, Spanish 5.1 (not found on other UEs except French on R1 UEs...?)

INDIA GETS LUCKY! For the first time ever, a Hollywood movie releasing in India before releasing in the United States! All thanks to the long thanksgiving weekend.

Quantum Of Solace release dates:

31-Oct-2008: United Kingdom
7-Nov-2008: India
14-Nov-2008: United States

trailer was much much better :D

Quote:
What I fail to understand is the hiring of Marc Forster to helm the 22nd installment, "Quantum of Solace."

...Yeah, yeah, I know: he's good with actors. Well, good with actors with a terrible eye for action in a Bond film is a cocktail to be shaken, stirred, and immediately spit out.

...

"Solace" takes everything that was so painstakingly built by "Royale" and burns it to the ground, and the blame falls solely on Forster, who really has no business making a film of this size. "Solace" is a challenge he can't crack, and his desperation to survive the picture reverberates through every deadly scene and half-baked bit of conflict. The whole film eludes Forster's skill level, a sensation that pinches the hardest during the action sequences.
