I know beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, but just one question.
What would possess you to buy this waste of celluloid on DVD? Agreed Sridevi is a wonderful actress, but even she must have been taking some really bad drugs to sign and act in this Saawan Kumar monster.

Maybe the lady made some bad choices but for me the worst movies of Sridevi are 10 million times better than the best blockbusters of these days.

Im a die hard fan of hers and very loyal AND THIS DVD IS A MUST FOR ME NO MATTAR WHO IS THE ACTOR

When there is a Sridevi in a movie nobody asks who is the hero. Remember that.

Actually I prefer DEI color. Shemaroo looks far worse.
Very depressing to see that DEI state of the art 5 years ago beats the crap out of today's stuff.

Different strokes. I reckon skintones on the DEI disc are inconsistent - too yellow in some shots, too red in others. Shemaroo's seem more natural to me (if a little oversaturated as usual), with less contrast boosting.

^ Unless BEI was called KUKS international in the stone age, the screenshots you posted aren't from BEI palito.
Like I mentioned elsewhere these screenshots are from the DVD that is distributed by KUKS International n trade enquires done by SPARKS.

^ Guess you know it wrong then, cause those screens are from a KUKs (if I'm not mistaken KUKs was the current KMI)/SPARK co-distributed release. Says the DVD Box as well:

Ps. I never buy movies online.
