The film has been renamed from Emtan Mahan to Em - Mahan.

The telecine was done from the original 35mm Camera Negative onto a spirit datacine transfer. The DVD is uncut and comes with English Subtitles, with optional Tamil DTS/DOLBY 5.1 tracks.

The film itself is a cosy Indian melodrama, injected with some comical black humour. Actor Bharat adds another decent film to his ever impressive filmography. Nasser also is commendable as the "strict" father.

Here are the screenshots from the DVD.

Great... can't wait to see this film. I heard lot about Nasser's acting. Bharath is making very good movies lately. Good for him.

Thank you Sunny. BTW, when is VEYYIL coming out from Ayangaran? DVD UNLIMITED when will you have these movies on stock?

You mean Nayakan?

Pyramid owns long-term DVD and HD rights - and there are no plans for a re-release.

Kuttappan Sir

Good to see you after long time.

VEYYIL is not from Ayngaran and I would not recommend to buy the Shruthi (Saw your comments in the order).

We are expecting Emtan Magan tomorrow. Will ship all of them tomorrow. If we dont get Emtan Magan tomorrow, will ship the current order and send Emtan Magan as soon as it comes.

BTW every body excelled in this movie and my personal opinion is that Vadivelu won the race.

Nayakan was re-made into Dayavan, much to Mani Ratnam's grief. He then dubbed and re-released his version in Hindi called Velu Nayakan.

Shurthi do release crap quality, but majority don't care as they just want to see the film. Those who want quality will wait for the Ayngaran release a few months down the line.

PS) VEYIL will be released by Ayngaran...

Maybe we should just forget about the usual stories and let these two star in the films.

Speaking of which, how is the DVD of Imsai Arasan 23rd Pulikesi?

Dragun, I saw screen shots somewhere for that DVD. It looks good, picture quality wise.

Sunny, thanks for the shots! Jambhavan too!
