ali do you have the original trailer in Divx format, or any other higher quality format. The size of the file doesn't really matter as I have a cable modem, just as long as it isn't 250 MB or something like that. I think the higher the size, the better quality the trailer will be, right?

Could you provide a link that I could download from, using Getright. Thanks.

OK Faddy... u are right bout the whole

"The Italians have the Mafia, The Columbians have the Cartels and The Chinese have the Triads.. Us indians, no one will ever look at us!!"

This will be what people will use as mark of greatness in the future... with lines like that the movie will be .........
Brando had " Ill make u an offer u cant refuse."

Amitabh has "The Italians have the Mafia, The Columbians have the Cartels and The Chinese have the Triads.. Us indians, no one will ever look at us!!"

have no words to describe it..

THIS Has got to get IMAX booking...PLEASE SOMEONE... We need to lobby this to the IMAX Theater... If Mission Kashmir got it so should Kaante... im waiting for the album... this is a definite pick.. ran chills down my spine.. i will get the goras, the spaniards...hell this will be better than anything.. no more weepy stories bout love... this is a story bout pure TESTOSTERONE!!!

The trailer was almost definitely made by a Hollywood company. I will take a bet on that.

Obviously, the cinematographer, editor, action director, sound designer, background score composer have done a great job. I wonder if Gupta will manage to screw this up.

As for Gowariker, he is one of the rare cases where Hindi filmmakers have improved over time. The rest seem to go senile allong the way:)
e.g
J.P. Dutta
Subhash Ghai
Sooraj Barjatya
Yash Chopra

Guys:

I downloaded this trailer after reading your exclamations. I cant see what the big noise is about. One lady doing the western strip-tease style bamboo dance. I am actually sad to see this in a Hindi movie. I would have much preferred a dance that is more traditional or at least something better choreographed. This dance reminded me of the famous 'well-oiled bamboo and monkey trying to climb it' arithmatic problem!

Regards,

How can you forget 'Ramesh Sippy'. Talk about someone going senile, compare from Sholay to Bhrastachar.

I can almost guarantee that he will. Atleast his consistent BAD past indicates he will.

Sanjay,

I have a feeling Sanjay Gupta might just pull it off, of course no credit to him but to the Hollywood technical crew involved. Let's pray and see....

I think someone else mentioned Anurag Kashyap is writing the film's dialogues and screenplay – who did Shool and Satya before this.

Yes this is an ace up Sanjay Gupta's sleeve. Even the inane 'Nayak' directed by Shankar had a certain pizzazz because of the razor sharp dialogues by Kashyap.....At least Gupta's got it right as far as the technical crew is concerned. But you never know...he's maha talented in screwing up...so awaiting with a pinch of salt......
