Actually it being an Eros release might not be all that bad considering 'Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam' was a Video Sound release. Therefore considering the alternate, I'd much rather it be an Eros release than a Video Sound one.

The song is just awesome....but I will have to compare Ash Rai with Suchitra Sen ( awful comparison )..but Vyjantimala with Mad Nene...shouldnt be a problem :)

Errrr please lets not! :plain: This is one of those films that’s got great potential to get distributed and most worthy to get released onto DVD by anyone other than the typical muppet club that do Indian DVDs - inc DEI. Video Sound, YRF, and DEI should stay well clear of this :sneaky: (although I doubt this will happen :cry: )

I would rather it went the route Asoka and (more) Lagaan took especially for DVD releases – at least they’ll get the basics right in doing a decent DVD.

devdas is slated for release somtime in june........... now how much they stick to this release date one cannot tell.....
