Definately a marginal improvement in my opinion, but overall opinion is likely to be summarised in Arsh's forthcoming quote: "This is not a Naseeb DVD, but a Badnaseeb DVD!" :D

Both are from the exact same source (VHS from the looks of it) - the second DVD has been through a video processor.

The print seems to be good but it could have much better, I am looking for a much decent treatment to this movie :( .

Wow, the TNT version looks...great? Well, it's a hell of a lot better than Baba's excuse for a DVD release.

The images dont look stretched they looked squished :?

The DVD is fine though .. the images werent taken properly ..
