I've found IW pricing bit odd. Basically every title you order from the UK you have to add $2 on top, so K3G is in fact $21.99 (instead of $19.99 displayed). Then you add final shipping charge on top at the end which is $5.99 – which is reason on its own. Final total still works than cheaper than most others if you order a couple. One of my friends has used them for a while, he uses them because they deliver fast, faster than other retailers (even those in the UK).

So what is the price of K3G from iniawkly inthe us. is it 19.99 + 399(priority)+.99 for handling=$24.97?
I jsut want to buy this title but get the feeling(after reading these posts) that there may be some hidden charges.

anyone?

Sachin it wont be beneficial for you to buy just 1 DVD.. Buy at least 4- 5 Dvds...One suggestion would be is to do a price matching first for the K3G DVD ( indofilms.com is selling it for 18.50$). Then you may wish to choose some other titles like DEI-EROS stuff or some other titles and then you will see that the cost is quite NEAT.

If its just 1 DVD that you are looking for, do not buy from IW. It will be expensive for you !

ooooops i think i posted this reply on another page too.
sorry bout that

Thanks Snath,

I dont think i want to buy 4-5...I have the latest ones. Besides i want to gift K3G to a friend

Well looks like I will go ahead with Indfilms. They are closer to where I am at. I emailed them and got a reply right away. Not bad. The total cost will be $22.40 (USPriority Mail). No hidden charges. They say they will charge only when the dvd is shipped.

Hey let me know if there are any other cheaper sites.;) I'm poor toooooo!

I agree with Ranj and Jolly- it is excellent-IW that is- ordered 5 dvds from them last monday- will be receiving shortly!- it cost me about £48 meaning just under 10 each for titles that are about £13-15 in the UK. So I think that is cool- As for pirates do IW sell Pirates?- i hope not! sure they don't as it would have ruined their rep

Anyway having started this topic I can conclude that IW are good and I will use them in the future

DVDs may be cheap at IW but wait till you get a problem disc. Then the replies you get are a load of trash. I had a bad disc and sent two emails. One said they would refund my costs in sending the bad disc back to them and in the next email they denied they did this.

Then again it was the second bad disc I have had done by Videosound who are a bunch of rip off merchants.

Please excuse my posting errors this is my first. My question is how long do you normally wait for a response from Indiaweekly regarding a price match for their 10% discount. Two weeks ago I sent the URL for two DVD'S and two followup request but so far only silence. Is this the way it is with them, if so why did they bother to offer 10%. I am disappointed with them and have since ordered from some place else their prices maybe cheap but so is their service.

homeboy, India weekly always take ages replying to mail.

Bigman, my friend is also having problems with returning a dvd. From what I hear, it certainly looks like India Weekly are losing it a bit on the customer service front.

Bigman you never said anything abt the DVD or even abt the e-mail which you sent. Can you furnish the details ? You know it sure does go a long way in establishing the veracity of the facts

which dvd was this? when did you buy this dvd? Have you returned the faulty disc to them?

Give us more details, and so that we can learn from your mistake. Thanks.

I got my dvds from IW today they all seem to play fine no problems- but are they pirates? it seems like the pictures on the disc are copied and the packaging is not original- do IW dell pirated copies of the original dvd?
