I have been fighting to release audiostream of TIS to promote the sale, but they fear that the poor quality will make listener to stay away from TIS. I have loaned one of my CD to a NI friend and he called me today and promised me that he will buy a CD (he had option to burn also!). Anyways, I will see if I can post 2 minute clipping of the 20 minute song, but then this 20 minute song, tune/mood/orchestra changes every minute, so unless you hear the full song, you dont know what it is!

DVD version shiped from India. Will be available from mid next week (customs!). Will ship as soon as we receive it.

I know it is a pipe dream, but it would be cool to have a DTS CD or DVD-Audio version of this album.

Does it even exist ?, i did ask in chennai couple of months back and they just gave me a 'plain' audio-cd

I dont have one. But I do have a special edition virumandi with me! Wondering what? Its signed by IR. I met him when he was in NJ during TIS recording time(abt a year back) and i didnt have anything to get his autograph, so I got it in one Virumandi CD inlay. Very nice human. He stood with us for photo and when the flash didnt work, he smiled and stood with us for another pic.

I am dieing to see him again, cuz this time I will see him differently.

Review of TIS is now at indiaglitz.com also!

kidhar? if only i knew...

DragunR2 had no luck even when he was in india, but a while back he spotted the Boys DVD-Audio at an Indian e-tailer. Not interested in Boys :roll: I prefer cute girls like Pavatharini ;)

DU, I'll buy that Virumaandi CD off you :P the "Special Edition" that is! I'm happy at least one of us has had the honor of meeting Him :)

Mohan Kumar hasn't responded? How long ago did you message him? Give it some time, let me know. Thanks.

From what i saw in madras , there were only 2 DVD-A available (both of which i own )

1) Boys
2) Manmadhan

and no Virumandi :( , As much as I hate to spoil your party ( and to a certain extent mine ) i have doubts on the authenticity of mohan kumar's DTS rip of virumandi !

I do too!! I did comment that he made himself!! :wink: possibly!
If he had any resource, authentic, he could have gained royality, linking to his site!! :?: :idea: :roll:

bah, thats a shame, but i'll remain optomistic.

i remember some mallu i met online said the dvd-a exists?? maybe i'm losing my memory :shock:
