JamesBond007 - the link below will inform you why I asked about the US trading standards. I want to file a complaint, it has been 2 months and I still have not received my order. They have claimed that they resent it but nothing has arrived and they have ignored my last 3 or 4 e-mails!

Razzing? :wink: Anyway send an email to Mr Kumar, he's the owner and very fair to deal with! ( it will be intercepted and you'll get more B/S unless you insist that they bring your email to his attention!) :lol:

Thanks - before reading your message I did send another e-mail which I marked for the attention of the manager. To my surprise, someone called Deepak called me on on my mobile to say that they will be sending my parcel to me. Hopefully this will be the end of the matter.
