I haven't seen Nuvve Nuvve in a long time, but I have seen Tagore and Gudumba Shankar. Although Tagore was pretty decent, Gudumba Shankar is way better! It's a pretty good dvd, despite of the DTS/DD audio on same disc, with so called "EXTRAS". So I have good hopes for Anand! Not only that...G.Shankar is an entertaining movie! I don't understand why it flopped

While I am very eager to see this movie, the DVD doesn't look encouraging with so many extas on disk one itself.

DISK 1:

1. The Movie (Theatrical Version)
2. Director's Cut
3. Deleted Scenes (35 Minutes)
4. Subtitles in English - both in Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS.

The second disc sounds very interesting, but I'm concerned about the first disc. Are the theatrical cut and director's cut both on two layers or is the first disc a DVD-14? Is the director's cut separate or achieved with seamless branching? DTS on top of all this...

I think Directors cut could be from the extra 35 mins of footage. I don't think they are doing DVD-14. I am thinking the quality will be similar to Gudumba Shankar if not any better! Hoping :( , atleast!
