... the link (most likely) refers to the earlier version of EVP with excellent video compared to the later version (which is available in the market now). the difference in the picture quality being inferior and with subtitles. this dvd definitely has subtitles, but not sure about the songs (beleive not)...

.. what a dumb post arsh! Princess is trying to find out whether the IW really has the evp version of the dvd with subtitles or not. if you still have this dvd, it would be helpful to princess and others who cares about subtitles to know if this damn dvd has subtitles or not...

I have EVP version of Prem Kahani purchased from IndiaWeekly about a year ago. It has subtitles for the dialogues, but not the songs! Hope this helps. :D

Shemaroo version is out now. I heard, it has better colors. EVP colors were dim.

Just out of interest - can anyone tell me if the 'Phool Ahista Penkho' song is complete in the Shemaroo version? In the EVP DVD it cuts rather abruptly half-way through.

I am not sure if this song is actually complete in the original film or if the EVP print has parts missing.

The EVP version is better than the shitty oversaturated Shemaroo version.
