Here is my preferrences, not assessment. I'll list my preferrence on the basis of what I like and not what's best. I'm sure there are at least a few who have a preferrences like mine:

1) Film: Shammi Kapoor's Raj Kumar, Shashi Kapoor's Pyar Ka Mausam, MughleAzam.
2) Actor: Dilip Kumar, Amitabh
3) Actress: Madhu Bala
4) Comic: Mehmood
5) Music Director:Shanker Jai Kishan
6) Director:Raj Kapoor
7) Playback (male/female)singer: Male- Kishore Kumar, Sukhvinder or Lead Singer of DCS (whatever his name is); Female: Lata Mangeshkar
8 ) Character actor:Ashok Kumar
9) Beatiful female star: Madhubala, Sadhna, Nimmi, Leena Chanderavarkar
10) One of a kind: Helen
12) DVD: Metrodome ASOKA, CT's Mission Kashmir, Super Digital's Abhinetri, Alibaba Aur 40 Chor and many others from DEI/ BEI equally good. (would have picked DEI/ BEI's KHNPH or HDDCS but for their squashed pic)
