Yes its on gold media, and yes it is progressive, last shot taken in forceweave mode with no combing evident.

One note though the rape scene of Madhuri is heavily cut (he starts to rape and it cuts straight to them leaving Madhuri stranded and Om Puri running towards her), I had a VHS version of this movie once and it was the full version of the movie.

PREM GARANTH, was KINDA MOVIE that was PLOTTED/SCRIPTED wrongly, the film from begining, becomes so DEPRESSING/LOW DOWN MORBID, that, viewer cant wait for it to take a HAPPY TURN!

BTW! I think, this formula was lifted from PREM ROG, that worked to some extent, but here it FAILED MISERABLY, IMHO

DEI dvd has to be GOOD!

Wait, till YRF sells u a REVISED COLLECTOR EDITION

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone has the shemaroo version of Prem Granth, The Eros release was nonsense and cut out alot scenes, The ultra DVD is not even mentionable. I love the dance sequences and have looking for a decent release of the DVD. Thanks

I finally got the Shemaroo version and much better than the Eros and Ultra Versions. Movie is Uncut and has all the deleted scenes in previous versions.
