I have been waiting for this movie for so long. Guddu Dhanoa is Bollywood's Stanley Kubrick....underrated genius.

Well one of the reasons I paid a visit to Toronto in 1997 was to watch the nightmare that was Mrityudaata first show on opening day that the Woodside Theaters. I knew Mehul Kumar was an inept director, but I've seen test patterns on TV channels better than this bunk.

i got a version of kismat that has the same cover as the vs one but on the gold rim it says asian video and there is no vs logo anywhere. does asian video have the rights to this vs dvd and the forth coming ones since they showed the same trailors that vs has rights to. or is it a pirate copied from the original. btw it looks like its on gold media, there is also the making of the movie

Arsh, any idea if it's Pseudo-Progressive??

I don't see any blurriness or multi-images in screen shots. So, must be direct Film to NTSC. Izzy mentioned Gold media for a VS/ ASIAN DVD??

Rana

P.S.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's Video Sound in US and ASIAN in Canada. They work closely together.

It is not on GOLD MEDIA( so izzy is gone)

Now it seems like pseudo prog, but not as good as evp/shahenshah kinda encoding, but overall, seems better than eros recent releases! :baaa: :D :nopity: :oo: :sus:

REAL MONEY is in SONG NUMBERS HERE!!! :D :p

I like it's audio. Each song is better than the other.

BTW, I see 6 songs in the menu. I thought there were 7 in the audio and in promotions??

Arsh just sent me 7 consequtive shots in Forcw Weave.
It confirms it's Film to NTSC telecine (Pseudo-Prog).

It's amazing how sharp the shots (half of them) are where Force Weave does succeed.

If this DVD is really on 50% Gold media, then for sure Video Sound has come a long way from their infamous Time Bomb DVDs. Now, better than EROS.
