Urban legand :) People like two disc DVD movies. I hate to see a full movie in two discs though. Wish they made it on one disc. Anyway how is this movie guys? Patriotic??

LOC is over 4 hours long, so the compression would be horrible on just 2 layers. Not that it would look any good otherwise.

lol.. what a joke... what is the point of 2 single layered discs.. they cud have just put it on 1 dual layered disc.. muppets.. oh well like monizam said.. dont really care for this movie.. a movie which doesnt even deserved to be pissed on has a dvd release which does the movie justice.. :D

That's true. They put it on 2 discs to be able to up the price.

My Guess:

They split the film on two single layer DVDs to make it possible for us all to "Exact Code Transfer" burn our own DVDs. LOL

if someone has this dvd, can you please check about the last 1 hr of the movie and see if it has lip sync problems. I have the svcd rip, and i notice the sound is out of sync in the last about 1 hr of the movie. I don't know if it's the rip or the dvd, or dubbing problems. Thanks, I appreciate your help.

What total shit, this movie is excellent. Far better than Border in many ways, this is definetly a top war movie. Fine performances by the actors and the score is brilliant. The movie is realistic and based on actual facts. One minor point is that they should have left out a lot of the flashbacks where the stars reminisce about their girlfriends, there are other ways to develop a character. This would have cut down a bit of the long running time.
