HEY GUYS, JUST CALLED THE LOCAL DESI STORE...LOC AND MUNNABHAI ARE OUT..BUT THEY ARE PIRATES OBVIOUSLY. MUNNABHAI WILL MOST LIKELY BE THE FAKE EROS VERSION ...SCREENSHOTS WERE PROVIDED IN ANOTHER TOPIC. ALSO, LOC DVD HAS THE VIDEO SOUND LOGO JUMPING AROUND THE SCREEN, LIKE HAWAYEIN, KHEL, AND ZAMEEN. :ffs:

anybody see the dvd for baap re baap? if so, is it any good? i have one more week of vacation before college opens. still waiting for fun2shhh to come out by eros...that movie came out a long time ago. also, expect kal ho na ho and kargil war dvd to come out this month.

i also watched ishq hai tumse dvd by weg. the movie was shitty quality. the story is gay. few songs are good. had the trailers for xcuse me, agnipankh, paisa vasool, and maqbool. also, it had trailers for there other old movies like boom, mission azad, patth, etc.

I wonder if they 'silenced' out the swearing on the DVD, like they did in Cinema?

I wish they give an option to silence the swearing if they did include it. A TV clip this weekend had the original unedited swearing (Sanjay Dutt) in full force. Don't know if it came from DVD source or if they used the same source for making the DVD.

It seems they split movie on two discs, hiked rental fee!! have not checked pq yet, will get back, laterz..

PS** there was a customer, who commented, less talk, more goliyan, may be gaaliyan. give me munna bhaii!!ha ha! :nopity:

I ordered this movie from IW. Can't wait to watch it.

BTW, what is happening with IW. They used to have next day shipping or something. Now they won't even ship it even after 3 days. I wish themahal.com will have some hindi dvds also. They are the best.

Must admit, perfact PQ in the last shot "Please insert second disc". :D

Why cant the rest of the disc be like that??

You' gotta be kidding right? Are both discs single layered or just the second disc? What's the running time of the movie - they are two times listed on the BBFC;

cinema runtime was: 247m 33s
DVD is listed as: 247m 18s

I just checked first disc, it is single layer 4.49GB, will check the other one too..

second disc, single layer 4.627 gb

Ero$ had an excellent chance to make a first class DVD by spanning it onto two DVDs thus increasing the PQ but they made a total mess of it! Single Layered Cr*p!

They could have made a decent DVD ala Gangs Of New York which had a shorter running time.

Ero$ chose to the best way to cheat their customers...

If they had made a single disc dual layered it would not have sold as well ... customers see 2 disc and go nuts, 2 DVDs for the price of one.
