folks,.. looking for translation of the underlined sentences.

Devang Patel's: Kunwara Bechara
.
. chorus
.

mujhe tto sab kahe be-cha-ra..
kyon ki hoon abhi tak main kunwara..

bina shadi kihiye ho gaya main old..
log bolte hain main hoon ek dam fold..

kunwara reh gaya nahin mera kasoor
kahin na kahin garbar hui thi juroor

bina biwi ke zindagi lage khaak..
shadi karo meri bajao meri naak...

.
. chorus
.

umor meri jab hui ek-kish..
daddy ne tab hee dekhaya first piece.

usne bataya uski umor thi bees..
hieght say feet, and weight ek-so-tees..

khan gee main o boli ki mujse na darr
naste ke dish ko hata ke baju par..

bahon mein liya mujhe aur diya masal..
mu se main tto ja-pan gayi nikaal..

usko na keh dee mera nahin tha kasoor

usse tto achhi koi miligi juroor

main bhi chahta hoon, mera ho koi sasoor
shadi karado meri, o meri huzoor

.
. chorus
.

umor meri jab hui pachsees..
mummy ne tab hee dekhaya doosra piece..

ghunghat urd ke o aayi mere paas..
afsara ka mujhe huwa ehsaas..

maine gaya ghunghat ye hata do.
o boli par dekho rehne do..

maine kaha.. ab nahin raha jayega
o boli ki raaz khul jayega..

ghunghat hataya maine.. aaya mujhe josh
andhar ka scene dekh ke .. main huwa behosh

duniya mujhe lagi berangi..
uski dono aankhen thi vengee..

usko na keh dee mera nahin tha kasoor
usse tto achhi koi miligi juroor

main bhi chahta hoon, mera ho koi sasoor
shadi karado meri, o meri huzoor

.
. chorus

You can not translate poetry, word by word.

I'll list not so clear words from the lyrics and then we can make a collective effort.

Bechaara = Poor Boy, Pity, (mixture of both words, neither is exact)

fold = it's an english word. what does it mean in this context??

garbar = chaos??, mix-up??

bajao meri naak = how do you translate this phrase??

afsara (spelling) should be Apsara

Rest is easy.

Rana

Hi Shuman, I haven't heard the song, so this translation may not be accurate....

shadi karo meri bajao meri naak...
Marry me, play my trumpet...

khan gee main o boli ki mujse na darr
She said don't be frightened of me
naste ke dish ko hata ke baju par...
She put my breakfast dish on the side

bahon mein liya mujhe aur diya masal...
She held me in her arms and squeezed me

mu se main tto ja-pan gayi nikaal...
It was as if my tongue had left my mouth

usko na keh dee mera nahin tha kasoor
She said it (turned me down?), it was not my fault

thanks armaan.. looks like you got most of it right.

i still dont get how did you translate
khan gee main o boli ki mujse na darr to She said don't be frightened of me

and i beleive you got the following wrong..
usko na keh dee mera nahin tha kasoor to She said it (turned me down?), it was not my fault
this probably i said 'no' to her (turning her down), it was not my fault..

and i think i see my error on the following:
mu se main tto ja-pan gayi nikaal... to It was as if my tongue had left my mouth
jabaan = tongue.. i listened to it over and over, couldn't get it. now i get it.

thanks thanks.

You are right about him saying no to her...

With regard to:
khan gee main o boli (she said) ki mujse (me) na (no) darr (fear)
Translated to 'She said do not fear me'
Not sure what Khan gee means in this context
