SEEMS LIKE BEI GOT PERMANENT RIGHTS FOR THIS..

A 2 DISC VERSION, WITH BEI LABEL COVER IS SPOTTED..IMAGES WILL FOLLOW.. :baaa:

I want to get this disc. I also e-mailed them, and they said it is indeed the DEI version. But the only thing i'm worried about is what type of media it is? But i'm thinking it should be the original since BEI owns the rights?

Hey Arsh.. is there any chance this is a "re-authored" version ?.. Afterall the original version had the (in)famous DEI squashing effect !

I e-mailed them and they said it is the DEI version. But, you should still confirm with them before ordering. And, also when you order, put "only send me the 2 disc BEI version" in comments, just to be on the safe side.

did anybody order this dvd from nehaflix? I just got mine today, and unfortunately its not the original BEI dvd. The "special features" disc is the same as the one posted by arsh, but the movie disc has different artwork and has the "Tip Top Video" logo along with the DEI logo. It's also silver disc. The first time I played it, I noticed pixelation and eventually it just froze, then I tried again, and same thing happened. BTW, the cover is the one DEI released before, the one reviewed here on zulm, and it has the indiaplaza logo in the top left hand corner.

If somebody also ordered this disc from there recently, please comment on what type media u get and also if its original BEI. BTW, I also ordered "Hum Saath Saath Hain" and that is original, with the "Bollywood Entertainment" logo, and its also gold disc.

Well, I'll be sending this one back. I e-mailed them earlier today, and still waiting for their reply.
