BUt if I am not mistaken... the EROS version is Progressive :p.. Yaar KSingh..dont listen to Arsh :D , follow the guidelines of ur guru Urbanlegend in this case and take ur screenshots in Forceweave :D

Pardes - 1 strike
CCCC - 2 strike (strike = not needed .. Better versions exists)

I don't know if the screenshots are in forcewave or not because I didn't take them in powerdvd because the capture feature wasn't working, so I took them in sonic Cineplayer.

ok as far as the sonic cineplayer goes no where does it have or mention forcewave.. However it has some features which are the same with PowerDVD. Like the enable hardware is enabled, and keep the aspect ratio button, but thats all it has. As far as the movies goes.. haven't watched them just previewed them on my sony 57inch hdtv.

The Sonic cineplayer comes bundled with the MY DVD authoring software to make DVDs, SVCDs, and VCDs like of ur home video's, etc. I went to the MY DVD website and they have a download for a trial version the sonic cineplayer. The version for trial download is 1.5 the link is below.. I have the same dvd player version 1.5!

Just wanted to see the difference between my two Chori Chori Chupke Chupke (CCCC) DVDs, one from EROS and other Shemaroo. I acquired these DVDs a few Yrs back when they released first.

1) Censor Cert (CC) shows 4560.2 meters, i.e. 166 min.

2) EROS DVD is full 166 min (no 4% speed up). But, it seems to be mastered from VHS (released when VHS was still used somewhat). There is no 4% PAL speed up or any such thing, and hence it's not PAL to NTSC converted. Still, video is soft and fully field averaged. It's appalling that EROS cover states it to be: "16:9 ENHANCED ANAMORPHIC WIDESCREEN". Sure, it's anamorphic but it's anamorphic DVD using a crap, worst than letterbox video source.

3) Shemaroo DVD that I have, was released a few Yrs later and is not anamorphic. Still it beats EROS CCCC PQ by a country mile. It's excellent Pseudo Progressive, with clear 2-3 pull down.
But, it's 7 min cut.

-------------------------------------------------
For ref:

When Rani, Salman & Preity Zinta are in Switzerland, Rani schemes with Preity:

Missing in Shemaroo DVD is:

and stays/ pretends stuck in snow storm, leaving Salman & Preity alone. This sequence till they go to the hospital for Preg test is missing in Shemaroo DVD. 7 min.

----------------------------------------------------

imdb as well as wikipedia sites give 155-160 min as film run time. I can see 159 as Shemaroo DVD run time, but actual film run time is 166 min as per CC and as per EROS DVD run time.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chori_Chori_Chupke_Chupke
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0256692/

Any volunteers, to correct this run time on imdb & wikipedia sites ??
