If I was to order Dil Chahta Hai from play.com, do you think I would be able to exchange it if it stops working after a couple of months? I'm just wondering cos they are non-Indian retailers, so they might actually give a shit......

Yo Jolly! How can you return faulty DVDs back to Spark? That's great! Dunno if you read my thread but they treated me like a prick! Can I return my faulty disc to you to? I ended up buying the single-disc re-release from splashdvd for bloody £15! The original faulty disc I had was from the 2-disc SE a year ago. LMK if you can help. :D

Guys, what was wrong with your DCH DVDs.

Mine didn't play one of the later chapters when Aamir Khan boards the plane to goto Australia. I tried the DVD in 3 players, so it definately is a problem with the Disc.

Jolly, are you from indiaweekly?

I've had so much problems when buying DVDs from Indiaweekly I have given up and will only buy from a retailer I know I was exchange/return the DVD to.

I order about 10 DVDs in one go. I will spend an evening reading movie reviews, make a list of 10 DVDs I want and order. Usually I don't get time to watch some of the DVDs until a month later.

Even though Indiaweekly offered to exhange another DVD because of bad print, they could not guarantee the replacement would be better and I would have to pay postage both ways. So once I had paid postage on the DVD three times it wouldn't have been the cheap bargain it originally was.

I could order less at a time and watch them all within a week, but the whole idea of owing a film is so you can watch it at when you want.

my DCH didn't stop working, it never worked.

I already had the film on DivX so luckily I could watch the end. Just left with a useless DVD which I paid full price for.

having read some of the other posts on here yesterday about the number of online retailers selling pirates or low quality transfers I think I'm going to stick to downloading the films.

Why pay someone money to send you a pirate when you can download your own for less.

everybody who has had faults with dch from spark send back to me and pay[postage i will exchange with new 2 disc set they have.
