Its so sad to see brand new movies come on DVD so quickly. What ever happened to the cinema? Taking your babe, family or mates? Have people become lazy and cheap? Oh that reminds me I must pick up the new DVD of Maa Thujhe Salam :D

Heard this movie couldn't get through the censors here in UK, hence not showing at any cinemas - is this true?

without being offensive...i can say that this movie is one which is not going to be appreciated by the muslim cinema goers especially throughout the north of england so this movie is best not being released in this part of the land.....After askin many people they have said they refuse to watch this movie even give it a chance simply because of the provocative trailer which goes somthing like .....dudh mangeto kheer dhenge kashmir maangege to cheer dhenge...this sort of sentiment has hurt the majority cinema going public in this area....who go to wacth entertainment on screen rather than watch their country and people being made scapegoats of.....so i think it was a big mistake to even release this movie at the theatres in north england

The riots caused by Border in leeds should have served as a lesson to the distributors of the flm Eros entertainment

Lets not forget we all have to live alongside each other in this country ...

Bah.... BORDER went on to become quite a hit... as for the dialogues...what else can u expect post GADAR...I dont think such troubles are plaguing the cinema halls here in North America :) ...and correction for my pals here who stated that its something to do with the MUSLIM going population here. Nothing of those sort... Please do not spread Canards here....It is purely (again) dealing with Terrorism in Kashmir, supported by you-know-who ! ( that reminds me.... Have I sobered a bit these days ?)...Do I forsee this thread being Locked by Ali JEE :D ?

Oye Jassal..aka JUGINDER wala :D ...Lagta hai you still in da NEHA hangover.... time to move on man..but the problem is... the current crop of females will not match upto ur expectations ...

Sunny thrives in such roles, I guess he started as a lover boy, went to become a crusader in the society (ARJUN, GHAYAL, DAMINI etc.) and then turned patriotic..(BORDER, GADAR, INDIAN and now Ma Tujhe Salaam)... By the way... The music by SAJID-WAJID (They came on Star Gold ) is pretty decent ... esp the Chham Chham Bole Payal Piya song !!!!

Anwar I thought the film (BORDER) was despised in Pakistan ( I read reports of the VHS tapes being burnt there !)...I didnt know abt the riots in England..as for attributing it to Muslims you should have attributed it to Pakistani going populace in Northern England..( I think thats where the riots took place ) ....

Now mate as for Smelly / Non-smelly business...."DATS A WHOLE NEW BALL (no puns please) GAME" :D

How is the DVD? Thats the important question.

Anyway, England sucks, as does the rest of Europe, because it has too many unemployed thugs & hooligans and the authorities are too busy appeasing them. They should take a page from the good ol' US of A and deport all the terrorists back to the slums they came from.

Mugambo khush nai hai!

Thank you for your daily dose of racism and stupidity.
Please, learn a bit more about terrorists, the United States government, England, rationality, and the unemployed before you talk like this again.

The US pays for the unemployed as well. What do you think welfare is? Oh wait, are you not a tax payer? Well, talk to your parents about this then.

Deporting terrorists? Please. Killing people who have beards does not constitute deporting terrorists. Hell, look at the rise of racism in the United States after September 11th.

And, by the way, the United States has supported terrorists in the past (eg Bin Laden himself), and only goes after terrorists when it benefits themselves.

(Note, I am an American as well. I just don't blindly support everything they do).
