Oh that's very easy...he's the taxi driver that drives a pregnant Amrita Singh to the hospital...the name of the character he plays is Jaisinghrao Kaalia or Gaekwad (or some such)...obviously you are not aware that Gowariker actually tried his hand at acting before turning to direction...he began his life as a model for the LIFEBUOY range of soaps in the early eighties....he has starred in many movies and one of the famous ones where he has a decent role is one with Shahrukh Khan in KABHIE HAAN, KABHIE NAA.....also one of his most famous movies (not commercially ofcourse) is HOLI. He plays the protagonist student leader that lead to some startling events on a college campus....amazingly Aamir Khan had a inconsequential role in the same movie...and look how the tables have turned now......AK is a leading star and AG is a leading director......
apologies if this seems a rather a long history of Gowariker's career graph.......BTW he always had a thick mop of hair in all movies till he lost it all to direction (pun intended)
