Pakeezah is a favourite film for many. Its DVD (Shemaroo and GVI versions) has been reviewed 1 or 2 yrs back.

It appears Shemaroo has come out with another version with new encoding. The previous Shemaroo release was not among the good Shemaroo works. The new Shemaroo release seems to be better. It is Pseudo-prog as opposed to Field Averaged before.

Any volunteers for Review Update??
Best will be a comparison from mhafner.

Thanks.

Rana

P.S.
It'll be interesting to see reaction from zulm members who don't differentiate bet Progressive Pseudo-prog or Field averaged, if they find any PQ improvement changing from Field Averaged to Pseudo-prog.

Are there any differences in aspect ratio, film print used, sound and subtitles?

Thanks,

Muz.
