Gkoshy one of the better sites out there. They seem to be genuine in the sense they dont generally trade in REPLICATED PIRATES OF GOOD QUALITY GENUINE DVDs that can be purchased here(like a shit site which is listed here). My friend made a purchase from there and the package reached him in 7 days. ( he is in Canada though)

I have purchase twice from them. They sell original DVDs and have prompt shipping. Only concern is they list some Made in India DVD from Bombino, Time labels. AVOID THESE DVDS AT ALL COST.

On one of my recent orders, a dvd case came partially broken. I wrote to them, with a prompt reply (as they always do) they offered me a new case. Their sincerity just bought me and i was pleased without any replacement.

As for bombino titles is concern, or any other pirates or inferior quality dvds are concern.. it exist everywhere, one must watch out for what they are buying. Vendors cannot be held responsible for quality, unless it strictly relates to false advertising.

I think, at this point NEHAFLIX are trying to take over IW.COM by a STRIDE and GRACE!!

IMHO, besides PRICE!! GOOD/SATISFACORY customer SERVICE and PROFESSIONAL transactions are THE BEST MOTOS to WIN CUSTOMERS and SPREAD GOOD NAME! Neha flex are using all of those ASSETS to their ADVANTAGE along with PROMPT DELIEVRY and PROFESSIONAL/SATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE CORRESPONDANCE!!

At this rate looks like they r going to take OVER MIGHTY IW.com very soon!

IW.com, should put their ACTS together to win the hearts of NEW CUSTOMERS and TRY TO KEEP thier lOYAL CUSTOMERS! and not lOOSING the GOOD NAME..JUST A HUMBLE SUGGESTION..NO BODY IS INVINCIBLE!!

""ONLY THE MIGHTY ONE" :baaa: :D

What wrong have IW.Com done that they must put right.

You may have read elsewhere that I had problems with a bad videosound dvd (theres a surprise) well after posting my problem they agreed to apply a recent change in retrospect so I would get my postage refunded.

Afzal even went through the trouble of telephoning me.

Can someone please give some examples of how Neha have exceeded or are about to exceeeded the high standard of IW.

We need competition so it is good that we have another company willing to provide amazon type after sales service for us bollywood dvd customers.

Hey all. Regarding Nehaflix, I must say that their attitude has improved dramatically. I have been shopping with them for a year now, and in the beginning when they first opened, customer service was great. Something changed down the line, and they were'nt as responsive as before, but of late, things seem to be back on track.

Every order I have placed with them has reached in record time. The one time my order got lost, Nehaflix replaced the order as soon as they realized they may lose an old customer (and I'm one of those people who recommends a good online store when I see it - 4 people have shopped with Nehaflix due to my recommendation).

I only wish their packaging was a bit more sturdy - IndiaWeekly's packaging is a little better. But Nehaflix's customer service is great too, perhaps as good as IW's - only they don't have a main contact person such as Afzal. I think Afzal is the lifeline of IW as he is so courteous and such a gentleman, when he doesn't really have to go out of his way to please his customers. I mean, the last time he personally went through and found my old invoice number for an order that was being re-shipped and then emailed me to confirm that my order had gone out on the same day. I mean, even amazon.com doesn't have such excellent service.

Bottom line - by all means shop with Nehaflix. However, if you're looking for a more personalized experience, I would recommend IW. In my experience, Nehaflix orders take longer to reach me (Im in Florida) while IW is here in a couple of days.

Neha also has great shipping rates (used to be lower but now its a bit more). Only one DVD I have ordered from them has been defective - 'Gadar' for $4.99. I ordered it many months ago and I only saw half the movie then. A few weeks back when I played it I found that the entire second half of the disc is corrupted. From the time Amisha and her husband and son try to go to Pakistan at the airport, the problems start. Its too late to return this disc to them so I won't bother them, but every other DVD I have purchased from them has been excellent.

Firstly does anyone here have a working "Yeh Raaste Hain Pyaar Ke" DVD? Cause i got two of them and niether works all the way.

I just received two packages from NX, and one contained YRHPK DVD, but it keeps freezing on me and completely froze half way into the movie. When i wrote (email) to them today, they responded back to me in 6 minutes issuing me credit.

My YRHPK disc worked fine when I saw it - it is a VideoSound disc though - so will have to check it again.

BTW, the film really isn't worth watching.
