Since a few DEI titles are going for so low on many sites, I was wondering which DEI titles (especially older movies and not big hits) have great transfers, and which ones you would recommend.

I was especially interested in 'Mere Mehboob' DEI, and the little seen 'Dil bhi tera hum bhi tere' DEI (Dharmendras first movie).

Golmaal, Anand, hell, just get everything by Hrishikesh Mukherjee or Gulzar! That's my goal right now, if I get enough money for Christmas :)

Sharmilee and Blackmail are also good.
One more thing,
avoid: BEES SAAL BAAD. This is the worst dvd that DEI has ever put out.

Kudrat is cropped, but it is the best version released. Unless BEI remasters it in the OAR.

Hmmm, 'Satyakam'. I have seen this long ago, but I did not know that the DEI was supposed to be so good. In fact there is no mention even on zulm.net about that DVD. Could anyone post 'Satyakam' DEI screenshots please? Review too?

Don't remember, the reasons given in zulm posts for BSB to be a bad transfer. Despite unfav comments, I did buy BSB and am very happy with its PQ and audio. May find flaws, if reminded, what to look for. I do remember BSB was one of my first movies that I saw in theatre. The film being Horror/ Mystery is dark in most of the scenes.
