hi Rana
ADR stands for Automatic Dialogue Replacement(Dubbing is another word for it)). About 98% of Hindi films use this technology. Not that anything is wrong but nothing beats location sound that Hollywood uses. Of course if a certain scene requires ADR then its used for example dialogues in a an action scene or noisy street. ADR is also used on foreign dubbed films. Some might say Asoka had great sound effects but I think it did not have the subtlety of natural sound recording. Anyways I hate loud stupid dialogues in films like Ek Ristaa

D: Really asking for trouble hahaha. Just kidding.
Hi Filmibuff
The films that were done in location sound this year were Lagaan, DCH and Zubeidaa. The first two done by Nakul Kamte, India's best specialist in location sound . PIM, I doubt so as I have watched the film and I am very sure it was dubbed or ADRed. Though it had great visuals done thanks to the cinematographer and colour done by Deluxe (the one that hollywood uses).
