Just got my copy VIA CANADA!!
This dvd is not TRANSFERED by UNIVERSAL!

Back page of art work is DIFF too!!

I think, ali got his from DVDSOON to, so I'll need to confirm, if same features, DTS too, or Different!

Before I start picking on DVDSOON! :baaa: ???

I knew, there was something DODGY going on with this DVD!

Front cover, looks FADED version of UNIVERSAL one!

It's the same DVD - same menu, transfer and quality. Alliance Atlantis are probably distributors for the Monsoon Wedding DVD in Canada. The DVD also does contain the DTS sound track at full bit rate same as the R1 USA did.

Alliance is the video distributor for Universal's films. Don't know about theatrical. They usually use the same transfer for the film (though some Alliance titles, such as the 3-disc "Brotherhood of the Wolf," are more elaborate than their American counterparts.) I believe Alliance also distributes (or used to distribute) some Buena Vista titles.
