Hey Kabir,

Have you contacted your credit card company to see if they can help you atleast get the money back. I mean you can dispute the charge on you cc bill, if that is the method you used to pay for the dvds.

It's definitely not excusable for them to not settle this, on top stop responding to your emails.

WOW! Nehaflix sent me my 2 'lost' DVDs through priority mail yesterday! I dont know if anyone on their website reads this, but if you are, THANK YOU! Now that I have figured out that Nehaflix can rectify a situation when it goes wrong, I'll shop with them again, definitely!! Thanks Nehaflix, it really meant a lot to finally get my DVDs.

hey kabir...u need to put some proof man....i dont think people will believe you.....they did not believe me when i said somethin :) .....hehehehe ....maybe a pic of your dvd and your face on it hahahaha.....some of the IW addicts, might have hard time believing you since they praise IW and think no other place will do a good customer service :) ....hehehe...

Hey all - I wonder if theres some Nehaflix employee on this board because my DVDs arrived right after I posted my uncomplimentary message about their service! The DVDs were 'Kandukondain' and 'Maine Pyar Kiya'. I'm not promoting anyone, just passing on the info that retailers do have their problems and I dont care whos better than the other as long as the goods I ordered reach me safe and sound. IW may be the best for personal responses - but at the moment I am still waiting for a replacement DVD from them that hasnt arrived so I dont know what to think.

nehaflix is known have a free shipping codes. However I'm not too sure on where to look for them or find out about them. I have ordered from them and so they have my e-mail, but I've never received any sort of promotion or coupons etc...

any ideas?
