I have noticed at times for some reason i have not been receiving either the invoice or order number for orders placed with Indiancd store. This has happened at least on two ocassions within last few days. Both times I had to call to find out if my order was placed.and request an invoice. When I called the last time I was asked to send them a email so that my order can be tracked.

Any other users with similar experience at indiancd store?

Did get a response from Satish (indiancd) that my order was being mailed by priority mail. so that's a good sign as indiancd store appears to be trying to provide good service.

This is really strange, my bet is that there must be a prob in their system somewhere. Usually when i shop from i here i always get a instant msg to my email saying the order has been confirmed etc.

One thing i have noticed about these american companies is that when u order from them they seem to look at exchange rates which favour themselves rather than the consumer - Has anyone else noticed this???

Somthing to watch out for !!!

During my last order they sent me the wrong DVD. They did respond to my e-mail promptly and apolozied for the error. I know they are trying to improve their service. I will continue to place orders with them and hope for error free deliveries.

Same thing happened to my first order with them recently. They shipped me Hindi version of Bombay when I ordered Tamil/Telugu Version. Satish promptly replied to my e-mail agreeing to replace the DVD as soon as they receive the return from me.

But, I thought since they did the mistake they should be the one's mailing me the Tamil/Telugu version with a prepaid cover for me to mail the Hindi version back to them. IndiaWeekly did this way when they sent me EROS versions instead of my requested DEI versions. After all, they are the ones benefiting from my purchases. I could have saved a few bucks had i purchased it from IndiaWeekly,, but I choose IndianCDStore for a change because I just wanted appreciate the time they take to respond on Zulm.
