I know...it's VHS....but that's a start....it says it's by Eros/B4U (there goes the vhs... :bangbang: ) Can someone like order this or something? i dunno how we would be able to see screenshots of it? would it be widescreen? if so...would be taped off the dvd?? ??? :ffs:

I saw it too last night while surfing and i got all excited because all i saw was Devdas and $9.99 but i came crashing down when i saw it as VHS. Ohh well i'll keep checking there site everyday for the DVD

if the video print is any good maybe u could copy it to DVD on dvdr's and sell them on !!!

i've got the retail dvdr of STAR WARS 2 ATTACK OF THE CLONES and everyone that has seen my copy believe thats its the original dvd which isn't due till NOV 11/12 !!!

Got the NTSC VHS of Devdas :O The video is presented with an aspect ratio of around 2.0:1 and has English subtitles (16x9 unfriendly unfortunately! ) The video looks like copied from an average Eros DVD; dullish colours, not so right contrast and fuzzy detail – but I haven’t seen a VHS for years so this might be generally be a VHS problem :p . The VHS says its mastered digitally with ‘never seen before footage’ – which I assume means the full uncut version of the film – no real fast way for checking apart from the watching the entire film which I aint going to do on this VHS :oh: :p End of the film contains a special feature; ‘world premier of Festival De Cannes and Premier in Mumbai’.

This vhs, seems like copied from a pirated dvd? possibly, under eros own label, so, wait for DVD to come out and TURN THE GLODE upside down, by eros! :baaa: :bangbang: :ffs: :angry:

To all who have seen DEVDAS:

i seen the movie in theatre and also on vhs tape. both versions seem to have cut one scene (that i notice) or more. There is a scene where paro (aishwariya) comes in daytime with an empty plate (thaali) to see dev and to check measurement of the sweater she is making for him. But instead of showing her coming in the house and making excuse of sandesh for dev, they showed directly her behind dev checking the sweater's size.

i seen the vcd version they have that scene but nither in the cinema nor the pirate vhs/dvd releases contains that scene. do anyone of you know what i am talking about??
