No email response either.

I am afraid it might be true. As I have problems with 25% of my EROS/EDI dvdâ€™s, I send them an email asking for the replacement disks. And they never replied to my email.

Yes there are up. But I have lot more problematic DEI/EROS dvd's now. Probably you can help me to get them replaced.
