Has anyone ordered anything recently? How long does it take a package to reach anUK address? I ordered some DVDs on the 1st and they still have not arrived yet.

Last set of DVDs I ordered from them was on the 3rd Dec, they got shipped on 4th Dec and I got them on the 10th Dec.

Did you getting a shipping confirmation? If its been shipped it could be held up by customs - which means vat/duty added when delivered - and with the xmas rush it be a while before it appears. I've only had one package from IW go through customs and checked – it was ripped open! and arrived in 3 weeks after shipping - but oddly I wasn’t charged anything on top of it.

Yeah, I've got shipping confirmation. Must be held up in the postal system here. I'll give it some more time before enquiring with IW. Thanks

My order confirmation said that they shipped them on 29th November.....and i still aint got them!!

Probably lost in the post. The longest it has taken me to get my DVDs is 10 days

I hope that this is not the case. I am hoping the delay is due to the anthrax scares and Xmas posting delays. Where would we stand if the packages were indeed lost (i.e. we don't receive them in the next month or so)?
