Hey folks, I put in an order at INDIANBLOCKBUSTER on June 2 and only 4 out of 6 of my DVDs were shipped. I was told that I would receive a credit on my Discover card for the remaining two DVDs(despite the fact they were two old movies which just saw a DVD release) which they did not have. To this date I have not seen a credit on my Discover card nor have I heard from them despite emailing them 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Has anyone else had this kind of treatment from them? Also I have an email and the invoice which states the DVDs were not shipped and an email saying I should receive a credit on Discover for the 2 DVDs. Should I forward these to Discover card if I don't hear from the losers at IndianBlockbuster?

Hero76,

Mugambo had the same problem some time back. Call your credit card company and dispute the ENTIRE charge for when you placed the order from IBB. This will get the motherf*ckers attention at IBB and they will promptly send your DVDs. IBB called late one night asking why Mugambo stopped payment and Mugambo told them why. Once Mugmabo got his DVDs the charge dispute was ended with the credit card company.

Imagine those jerks at IBB trying to mess with Mugambo?

goodbadmas, do I get a hint that you are associated with IBB. If so or if IBB is reading this, I wonder why don't you clkarify your position. It is very hard to gain a customer and extremely easy to loose one. I am sure IBB or any other business doesn't want bad publicity at any cost while, here we are talking pennies.

Yes the problem has been fixed, been to busy lately to check and post on the forum. I shouldn't have to go through this much legnth to get a credit of 25 bucks so still won't give IBB.com a look when ordering DVDs i think.
