Mr Rawal Rocks D: He is probably the best comedy person in bollywood at the moment. Raghuvir yadav and johnny lever dont even come close.
I love his performances esp in Hero No 1, aankhen and hera pheri.

now i don't want to sound dumb as i love hindi movies,
but who the hell is Raghuvir yadav.... ???

Mindless, stupid, nonsense, meaningless stunts/action!mostly entertaining for front benchers.We have seen much better stuff before!to melooks like coming from a cheapo Hong Kong flick???

Tons of overexposed , gora ,sexy babes!for those who dont get to see them? treat for their eyes!

Unsubstantial plot, a whole nine yards of shit(bull shit)or maha shit, this time Vikram bhatt style!

good production values , i agree!! locales, a lot to see EX TWIN TOWERS again and again.

HEROINES!
chubby..prietty, and other stupid heroines!!Disappointing!

Akshay..his usual playboy/action stunt stuff!!

Shitty..just suffering Sanju fever, trying to cipy him, miserably failing though.

Aftab..passable!

Johny lever..ok, u have seen better of him too, thousand times.

Paresh rawal...rocks!!He is the man of the film! rules the film, with very controlled, sincere comedy track, that he has mastered over the period!
he is a pleasure to watch in a role that flows so natural for him.

Music, I thought will gell better with the film..Just passable, thoda Soldier, zara sa BAZIGar, idhar se AJNABI, Udhar se NARI NARI, a hint of HAR DIL JO PYARKAREGA!
Overall, u will feel that you have heard this stuff before and even Picturization seen somewhere before!

Worst is the role of such a seasoned actor like OMPURI, even comeo it SUCKS big time!!

OVERALL< film is lLOUD and GARNISHED!

INSPITE of that it becomes hit, as in summer vacations all teens will be running to theatres to c Akshay smoking fire from his car and beating up, HONG KONG gundas some times in nINJA style, other time in mATRIX style..just for NOTHING, just to put on a SHOW OFF!

Then stupid, masks of MISSION IMPOSSIBLE!! Damn, film makers and DAMN audience, who patronize such films!

Finally, i will say spark is going downhill..very bad show in form of this dvd!!

DVD Definately..to be avoided! from purchasing!IMHO.

Film, if for above reasons, i mentioned it looks attractive to u, be MY GUEST! and watch it! and GIVE US UR PRECIOUS 2 Cents too..Cheers!

Don't understand why million dollar companies like GVI, EROS, YRF, Spark just pay around £3,000 for a decent DVD authorizing, man thats less then university fees??? That is how much Prasad Labs charge Ayngaran & Cinebella and their DVD are miles better.

Sunny just a hypothesis...with DEI now officially closed why cant this scenario happen :-

SPARK takes over DEI's operations ( ala Bertelsman taking over NAPSTER) and then use the employees of DEI to author their DVDs instead of handing out the films to trashy authoring companies... One more advantage would be that SPARK with its financial muscle can steal films from EROS and also cater to a wider market...

Do u have any correspondance with the officials @ SPARK ?

Final Verdict on APD!

Fast forward the whole film, just se the climax, tons of INDOCHINA kinda action, U name it!! All sorts of vehicles have been forced in that, for what? I dont know.
U saw the climax, u dont need the rest, u have seen every thing! Paisa Wasool..Seeti Baja! Ghar ko Ja!

OMG! Talk about a dot to dot copying of scenes in the movie - just watched the lobby scene rip-off (from the Matrix) in APD - not only was it embarrassing watching it but Akshay Kumar looked embarrassed doing the scene :sly: :vsneaky: :doze:

Oh yeh, agree the DVD sux big time.
