Watched Sardar ka Bacha;) another hoolgam Masala lol.
I guess Devgundd after miserably failing
Trying to ride on wifey name has found his niche in crapolaah hoolgam masala;)
It was good to see juhi Chawla and Dutt in a senior role. Ah used Sallu to piggy back and also using mom in law to garnish.

I haven't had the opportunity to watch very many films in the past year, I just recently got married in India. I've only seen about half a dozen films, of which Kahaani has to be the one that stands out the most.

You might like tala ash too possibly same Genre but slower pace.
OMG was a good surprise;)
So did English Vinglish as I watched both with least expectations. As I go for another Akki film thinking another crap lol.
SRK and Katrina big wig was a big downer IMHO .
Sallu had people eating from their hands lately! Matter of time lol.
Even Devgundd has found comic niche with support from supporting cast here and there and avoiding wife;)

Ajay Devgan is turning into the next Akshay Kumar - doing all mindless crappy masala films. It's not that much of a problem when AKshay does it cos he's never really done any good films, but it's a pity seeing Ajay descend into this after films like Zakhm and Gangaajal.

I guess its all a money game these days. Like once films in the 2000's were made for the overseas market now gradually catering for the Indian market. 100 crore, 150 crore etc. But not that anyone remembers these films after watching them

Sad but true - catering for the idiots who line up at the cinemas in Birmingham on Friday to watch whatever has been released (which is why better films with smaller stars aren't released here!)

Well said! Same here;( week after week, people have been eating from the hands of these crappy masala churners, week after week, in search or in name of entertainment. As you said they seem desperate to o to whatever comes their way;(
