-For Song DVDs, as someone from Indian DVD industry said at one time, "it's accepted that anyone can include any song in any Song DVD compilation".

My question is about those song DVDs where subtitles can't be turned Off:

Are these DVDs, where subtitles can't be turned off, dubbed using Composite Audio-Video output to AV Input ?? The playing DVD player is set for subtitles ON and the audio-video feed is used to make a new DVD recording, perhaps using a standalone DVD recorder ??

If song transfers are by code transfer (even if compressed), subtitles should be switchable ??

Can anyone help/ speculate on the process ??
