Certainly you should not watch it with kids...but then it is excellent viewing just by yourself....i am afraid the fairer sex may get a little offended too since its a movie about an all-boys boarding school and their hormones running amuck....if you get the drift....:-)

But Kukunoor's excellent writing capabilities are clearly evident....watch out for the 'Shokiyon mein ghola jaaye' scene...i was ROTF with laughter......

Well Nandita Das' is but a cameo...so guard your expectations....but trust me you'll enjoy the movie regardless....its a fine example of a coming of age flick....attempted before at a different level in HIP HIP HOORAY but this is a completely different league.....

Arsh, You are in the History Books now.

I've heard of Progressive DVDs changing to Interlaced. Credit for changing the first Interlaced to Progressive goes to you.
LOL

BTW, what did in the 'Taxi' screen cap, made you suspect Interlacing??

When I looked at that shot, it looked fine to me.

I don't see what you mean??

I'm getting curious to find what you are noticing which also points to limitation of Prog encoding??

If you are referring to minute step in the car seat top near Boy's ear, that could be in the film as a shadow from the Window Rod??

If my memory serves me correctly the film was not originally released in the theaters with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound.
