i heard that the eros dvd has some parts missing and the sound and print is not that good like hahk

Whomever you heard this from must have been on drugs regarding pq! BUT if you talking about the ERO$/B4U than I can understand....DEI/ERO$ is the version you want if your looking for a v. good pq DVD.

is it mono, dd5.1?

Izzy I dont think any part is missing.... However even if a few mins of movie is missing I wouldnt wanan invest 20Bucks USD on a crappy YRF version of the DVD authored by the Fieled-averaging Masters called Prasad Digital .. compared with the progressively encoded DEI-EROS version... and I will back up UL on that.. that whoever told u that must have been on drugs after having a PME :D

The sound on the DEI/EROS version is in mono, it is mediocre, nothing great. The picture quality is very good. I've seen the b4u/eros version, IMO the DEI/EROS version is generations ahead of the b4u/eros version! The DEI version is probably better than anything that Yash Raj would ever come out with.

In my opinion, I don't think that parsad completely screwed up saathiya!! Granted it is not reference quality but the picture quality looks pretty dam good on my Sony 36' WEGA with the 16:9 Widscreen enhanced mode turned on!!!!

The above (DEI-EROS) screen caps aren't cropped much from the sides. AR seems to be 2.1:1.

If YRF version comes with true DD5.1, sure it will be worth considering. If it has extra scenes as well, that will be another attraction. Let's hope it comes out Progressive, even if not as good as DEI-EROS.
