As most of you know Telugh DVD market is in the hands of pirates. Except EVP and may be KAD all others are disks copied from VHS (may be little exaggeration).
I am quite happy with the quality of this DVD. The Audio is really good. (With proper DD5.1). Even though not used progressive encoding, these people at CROWN are doing some thing good and in the right direction.

That's no exaggeration. KAD is horrible too, even with newer films.

Ganti, what did you think of the film? I read 1 or 2 reviews saying that it was rather biased against Muslims. Did you find that to be true or was it fairly evenhanded?

Dragun,
Perhaps you know I would rather stay away from commenting about these kinds of movies.
I have presented it here because of good quality disk.
I think basically it is a commercial movie in the backdrop of Pakistani terrorists. In the process Krishna Vamsi touched some Hindu Muslim issues. I think he handled the subject rather well.

i agree. its not openly racist towards muslims, rather towards Pakistani's ;) the lead 'hero' is a muslim. sorta like in Sarfarosh where a muslim member (the ugly dude that always plays a villain!! the guy you expected to be a villain in Dum) cries out that India is also his motherland & is against those pakistani terrorists!

anyway, if just any fluke had directed this movie, i would've loved it. but considering its a Krishna Vamsi flick, its not that grand! but definately worth the watch! it's surely worth the $11.99 (it was $6.99 at some point) for the DVD! the DVD however lacks English subtitles, which is a drawback :(

excellent music, other than the knockoff/lift/remix of Adnan Sami's "Lift Karade" as "Govinda Govinda" even the knock off is pretty good, but the mere fact that its a knock off irritates me :ffs: "Nuvvu Nuvvu" is just amazing :;): I need to find me a woman like that :;):
