Being a mad Madhuri fan, Anjaam was one of the first Indian DVDs I rented. And the DVD was shite, even worse than the pirate video I once had. It ain't worth it

By the way, for all those Super Digital lovers, this is interlaced........

Just goes to show that they're like any other company - they did release any old crap to make a quick buck, even under their own company name.

Authored by SD doesn't tell the whole story. Another question is, "For Whom" and what was the source??

Who are the rightholders for these movies as per DVD labels??

Recall, in the hey days of VHS, Film exports from India to US, Canada, UK, --- etc went non existant. Only Videos were exported. Who are the right holders for these titles and do they posses Film prints here in US/ Canada??

According to the cover, this DVD was authored by Super Digital for Super Digital.

OK. I see it now.

In my opinion, for any company, the priciple should be :
"Quality goes in before Name goes on".

For bad source DVDs, I like the YRF type disclaimer that the DVD is authored from the best source at hand.

Damn it!! How come BEI can stay consistent with reasonably high quality even after DOOM, for a very reasonable price tag on their dvds!!

If u ask me. SD in TRUE SENSE, did 2 DVDS well, K3G and ABHINETRI!..rest fall in different categories, few better than other!

Have to say, this is a surprisingly first-class disc. Colours are a little murky, but sharpness and clarity are splendid. The Hindi mono track is also clear as a bell. Recommended.
