Hey Bhaskar welcome to the league of SC posters...

As usual info needed here :-
1.) is Prasad Digital the author here ?
2.) Have you taken these screenshots in a force weave mode ?

To answer your questions, I'm not sure if Prasad are the authors - I can't seem to see any indication of it. However, I'm pretty sure that Super Digital aren't the authors, as there is no Super Digital logo on the cover. And yes, the DVD is interlaced as you would expect, so yet another DVD for you to stay away from (quite a list now isn't it?!!!)

Bhaskarda,
i understand what you mean by having no indication of the author. I seen number of DVDs in store, where it's not indicated where it's Super Digital or Designed by Prasad.

From the screengrabs, it's appears to taken in FW mode, and the colour rendition is definitely away better than yrf-superdigital dvds.

few weeks ago, i was reading about some equipment which does allow interlaced video to play in a progressive mode. have anyone heard of such thing?

YRF Azaad is similar to Naya Zamana. It's high bit rate but is video (good video) sourced/ field averaged.

Naya Zamana is the best out of the three. Jugnu is fuzzy. Both Azaad and Jugnu have annoying marks and lines appearing on the screen.

Thankfully YRF DVDs have gone really cheap now. I paid a fortune for these and so far Jyoti and Dhund have totally rotted!

You know I was looking at box office performance of No 1 heroines, and it seems Hema Malini was the most successful No 1 heroine ever! Other No 1 actresses like Rekha, Sridevi and Madhuri don't come anywhere near Hema's cumulative or net success. Its no wonder she is often labelled as the Queen of the Box Office!

I agree!! The kinda aura Hema had, none others had or will ever have! She was most commercially successful icon/heroine!
